Privacy notice

This notice describes the Southwest Florida Water Treatment directory, which lists water treatment companies serving Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties. The directory team can be reached at hoganansel@gmail.com. The site may be served on a free Vercel address until swfloridawatertreatment.com is connected.

What we collect

The water questions do not ask for your name, phone, or email. A quote request then collects your name, email or phone, ZIP code, water source, symptoms, timeline, the page or campaign address you used, and up to three providers you chose (or a request that we match providers). Claim, correction, and contact forms collect the name, email, and message you submit. We do not create user accounts and we do not take payment.

With each form submission we store a hash of the IP address so we can limit repeated requests. We do not sell personal information. If you request a quote, you agree that the SW Florida Water Treatment Directory team, and the providers you selected or were matched with, may call and text the phone number you provide, including with automated messages, about a free water test or quote. Your details may be shared with those providers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Where it goes

Leads go to the directory team and may be shared with the providers the homeowner selected or was matched with. Submissions are stored in a private database table (Supabase) and, when email delivery is configured, sent to the directory team. Hosting and page-view measurement use Vercel. Vercel may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views. It is not an advertising profile.

Listings

Public pages show business name, phone, website, city, state, service categories, and service counties for published listings. They do not show internal research notes. A published listing is not a statement that we independently verified the business or that the owner has claimed it.

Your requests

You can ask us to correct or delete a submission by emailing hoganansel@gmail.com or using the contact form. We keep submissions so the team can respond, and delete them when you ask or when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. It is not a water utility and it does not handle emergencies.
